1. Educational Materials & Code Licensing

Draftsbook provides in-depth technical curricula covering computer architecture, systems programming, data communications, sorting algorithms, web engineering, and academic exam preparation.

• Original Articles & Prose: The textual content, custom vector schematics, animations, and learning paths on Draftsbook are copyrighted by Draftsbook and its contributing authors. You may not scrape, mirror, or syndicate our written content without prior written consent.
• Sample Code & Snippets: Code snippets, algorithms, and technical examples provided within tutorials are made available for personal, educational, and commercial development under permissive open licensing (MIT License), unless otherwise stated.
• Exam Preparation Resources: Answer keys, distractor analysis, and study guides for Cambridge IELTS are independent educational commentary created for study and preparation purposes only.

2. Accounts, Security & Conduct

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Deploying automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Posting malicious payloads, exploits, pirated license keys, or links to copyright-infringing downloads.
• Harassing, abusing, or defaming other community members in discussion threads or comments.
• Attempting to bypass paywalls, reverse-engineer proprietary backend APIs, or exploit security flaws.
• Engaging in invalid click generation, automated ad impressions, or incentivized ad manipulation.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Draftsbook offers premium subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) unlocking exclusive interactive video lessons, ad-free reading, and advanced developer tools:

• Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing until canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your active subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard. Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with a subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase by contacting support.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All materials, code snippets, and curricula on Draftsbook are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Draftsbook does not warrant that code examples are error-free or suitable for deployment in high-reliability or mission-critical production environments without independent security and performance testing. Under no circumstances shall Draftsbook or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
